wj2 Terms and Conditions

This document sets out the terms governing the use of the wj2 platform and all its services. When you register, log in or use any service on wj2, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms.

These terms and conditions apply to all users residing in Bangladesh. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

wj2 reserves the right to change or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be taken as your acceptance of the updated terms. You are advised to visit this page regularly.

To register and use services on wj2, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. All services on this platform are strictly prohibited for anyone under 21.
• You must be a citizen of Bangladesh or a person legally residing there.
• You must hold a valid national identity card or passport in your own name.
• Each person may open only one account. Attempting to create multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being closed.
• You must register on your own behalf — opening an account on behalf of someone else or in the name of any organisation is not permitted.

wj2 reserves the right to reject any application or verify any account. If a request for identity verification is made and the required documents are not submitted within the given time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3.1 Registration Process

The information you provide at registration — name, mobile number, email address — must be true, accurate and complete. Registering with false information is a serious violation, and wj2 reserves the right to cancel the account and forfeit any funds held in it.

3.2 Login Credential Security

Keeping your username and password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Sharing this information with any other person is not permitted. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

You are fully responsible for all activity carried out on your account. wj2 will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of a third party using your account.

3.3 Updating Your Information

If any of your personal details change, update them in your account profile immediately. It is especially important to keep your mobile number and email address current, as OTPs and security messages are sent through these channels.

4.1 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount at wj2 is ৳300. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank). No other payment methods are accepted.

Deposits must be made from a mobile banking or bank account registered in your own name. Deposits made through a third party are not permitted and the funds may be returned to the sender in such cases.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket and bank transfer. The withdrawal process is generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes.

Account verification must be completed before making a withdrawal request. Additional identity confirmation may be required for large withdrawal amounts without prior verification.

4.3 Financial Security

wj2 reserves the right to hold any deposit or withdrawal where a suspicious financial transaction is detected. If an unusual transaction pattern is identified, the account may be temporarily suspended for review.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

wj2 offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 you will receive a ৳1,500 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,500. The wagering requirement on this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount — meaning in this case you must place ৳1,500 × 25 = ৳37,500 in bets before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.2 Bonus Usage Terms

• Each promotion may have its own wagering requirements, validity period and other specific rules.
• Placing opposing bets on the same outcome to meet wagering requirements (bet hedging) is strictly prohibited.
• wj2 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in the account being closed.

5.3 VIP Program

Regular members can progress through five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each tier offers a weekly cashback: up to 0.2% at Bronze, 0.3% at Silver, 0.5% at Gold, 0.6% at Platinum and 0.8% at Diamond. This cashback is calculated on the week's net loss (total losses minus total winnings).

6.1 General Game Terms

wj2 offers various types of games including slots, live casino, sports betting and fishing games. Each game has its own RTP and rules set by the provider. No guarantee of winnings can be given for any particular game, and wj2 makes no such promise.

6.2 Technical Errors

In the event of a technical error or disconnection during a game, our server records will be treated as final. If a bet remains incomplete due to a technical issue, the stake for that bet is generally refunded, though each case is considered individually.

6.3 Betting Limits

Each game and market has its own minimum and maximum betting limits. wj2 reserves the right to change these limits at any time. Prior approval may be required for placing very large bets.

6.4 Cricket and Sports Betting

Betting is available on various cricket events including BPL, IPL and the T20 World Cup. Separate rules apply to bets if an event is cancelled or postponed. Internationally recognised sources are used to determine results.

The following activities are strictly prohibited while using the wj2 platform:

• Operating an account using cheating, software bots or automated tools.
• Deliberately exploiting any vulnerability or flaw in the platform.
• Attempting to collect or use other users' account information.
• Attempting to interfere with the technical infrastructure of the platform.
• Using an account for any illegal purpose or engaging in financial fraud.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Manipulating the system through collaborative betting or syndicate betting.

If any of these rules are violated, wj2 may suspend or permanently close the account and forfeit the associated balance.

To keep your account secure:

• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other site.
• Do not click on links in suspicious emails or messages.
• Avoid accessing your account from public computers or unsecured Wi-Fi.
• Always log out properly after each session.

wj2 will never ask for your password or OTP by email or mobile. If you receive any such request, notify our support team immediately.

9.1 Termination by wj2

wj2 reserves the right to suspend or close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• If any clause of these terms is violated.
• If false or incomplete information is provided during identity verification.
• If any evidence of fraud or cheating is found.
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period.

9.2 Termination at the User's Request

You may request account closure at any time through our support team. Any pending withdrawals or active bets must be settled before the request is processed. Under our Responsible Gaming Policy, you may also apply for a temporary or permanent self-exclusion on your account.

9.3 Inactive Accounts

An account will be considered inactive if there are no transactions or logins for 12 consecutive months. The balance of an inactive account is retained and can be withdrawn after identity verification.

wj2 makes every effort to operate its platform to a reasonable standard. However, wj2 will not bear any legal liability for the following:

• Interruption to a game or betting session caused by loss of internet connection.
• Delays in transactions caused by issues with a third-party payment provider.
• Any loss resulting from sharing your own login credentials with another person.
• Service disruption caused by circumstances beyond wj2's control (such as natural disasters, government directives or cyber attacks).

In any circumstances, wj2's maximum liability will be limited to the original amount of the transaction concerned.

Updated terms take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the platform after new terms are published will be taken as your acceptance of those changes.

12.1 Resolution Through Communication

12.2 Final Decision

In any dispute regarding transactions, game results, or bonuses, wj2's server logs and records will be considered the final evidence. wj2's decisions on such matters are final and binding.

12.3 Severability of Terms

If any clause of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining clauses will continue to be fully effective and binding.

12.4 Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions, the privacy policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific services together form the entire agreement between wj2 and the user. Any oral or written promise or understanding outside this document is not valid.
